1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and ACTIVE POWER LLC ("LinkVpn", "we", "us" or "our"). By downloading or using LinkVpn, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your country. LinkVpn is not directed to children under 13.
2. The LinkVpn service
LinkVpn is an Android application that can create a VPN interface and route covered network traffic through available proxy infrastructure. The app may offer multiple locations or connection methods, app-exclusion controls, connection status information, advertising and remotely delivered configuration.
Available servers, routes, protocols, features and advertising may change by version, country, network conditions or operational requirements. We may add, modify, limit, suspend or discontinue any part of the service.
LinkVpn does not guarantee that every website, application, streaming service, game or online service will be available through every server or network.
3. Limited license
We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use LinkVpn on compatible Android devices for lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and Google Play rules.
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass security controls, extract service credentials, interfere with configuration delivery, impersonate LinkVpn or use the app to build a competing service except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
4. Acceptable use
You are responsible for your use of LinkVpn and activity sent through the service. You must comply with applicable laws and the rules of services you access.
You must not use LinkVpn to:
- distribute malware, conduct phishing, attack systems or gain unauthorized access;
- send spam or automate abusive traffic;
- exploit, harass or harm another person;
- infringe intellectual property or other legal rights;
- interfere with LinkVpn servers, advertising, measurements or anti-fraud controls;
- resell or provide access to the service without written permission; or
- use the service where VPN use is prohibited by applicable law.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, providers or legal compliance.
5. Third-party services and advertising
LinkVpn relies on Google Play, advertising, analytics, attribution, crash reporting, IP information, hosting and VPN infrastructure providers. Their products and destinations are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
The app may display third-party advertisements. We do not control the content, availability or destination of every advertisement. Interactions with advertisers are between you and the advertiser.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not mean we endorse all content or practices on those sites.
6. Availability, updates and support
The service may be interrupted by network conditions, maintenance, server capacity, blocking, device restrictions, third-party outages or events beyond our reasonable control. We do not promise continuous or error-free operation.
You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, Internet access and current app version. Updates may be required for security, compatibility or continued service.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkVpn is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or specific security, speed, location or access results.
A VPN does not make you anonymous and cannot protect against every threat. You remain responsible for device security, HTTPS use, account protection, downloads and websites you choose to access.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ACTIVE POWER LLC and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of opportunity or interruption arising from use of or inability to use LinkVpn. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using LinkVpn at any time by disconnecting and uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access when you violate these Terms, create security or abuse risks, expose us or a provider to legal liability, or when continued operation is no longer practical.
Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including acceptable use, disclaimers, liability and dispute provisions, will survive.
9. Changes, applicable law and contact
We may revise these Terms as the app or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them, except where additional consent is required by law.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any mandatory consumer protections and rights available in your place of residence remain in effect.
